This comprehensive and highly accurate caravan weighing service provides you with everything you need to know about your towing set-up's weight, balance and weight distribution. The caravan weight check session requires up to 1.5 hours to complete, and your weighing operator will walk you through how everything works while offering practical advice and real-world tips to get the best from your entire towing set-up.
A comprehensive report is supplied along with additional information and resources to ensure you get the most from your time with us!
Measured weights include the ATM, GTM, GCM, GVM, Tow Ball Mass, BTC, GAWR and individual wheel weights.
Weights can be determined with and without water in the water tanks on request.

TOW VEHICLE ANALYSIS - EXPLAINED

Conducted by qualified mechanics, our highly educational one-on-one Tow Vehicle Analysis Sessions provide you with a deep and thorough understanding of exactly how much your current vehicle weighs, how much it can carry and what it can truly tow.
We start by accessing your vehicles maximum weight limits before weighing your vehicle when it's fully loaded with passengers, luggage, accessories and fuel on-board.
Our easy-to-understand report then shows you exactly how much "payload" you have remaining across all of the different weight metrics (Gross Vehicle Mass, Front & Rear Axle Capacity, Braked Tow Capacity, Gross Combination Mass, Tow Ball Download ect). Your weighing operator will also run you through the results and explain exactly what it all means in a simple and easy to understand way. So, not only do you get your weights checked, you learn valuable information relating to your vehicles weight and the potential trailers it can tow.
We can then add a theoretical trailer weight to your vehicles weight results to effectively simulate how your vehicle could respond to a trailer being hitched up to the back "weight-wise".
So, if you have a particular caravan or trailer in mind, we can simulate and determine to a fair degree of accuracy whether or not your vehicle can tow it legally, or if it is cutting it a little too close for comfort. It can alert you to potential weight issues before you lay down your hard-earned cash for a new caravan, boat, trailer ect.
